Originally consisting of two (2) dated, face brick and tiled roof, townhouses, the project involved their total reconstruction and the addition of an extra level. Each townhouse offers double car garaging, internal access and large fenestration facing the northerly aspect. The extra level consists of a master bedroom and private roof terrace. Landscaping of the rear courtyards involved the provision of a small pool for each dwelling.
