Whilst originally designed by David Phillips and Associates, Bensen + Partners were engaged to progress the project from DA consent to final completion.  The client's brief called for detailing that would evoke elegance and would maximise the enjoyment of the view. By detailing balustrading with glass and incorporating frameless bifold doors , this has been achieved.
