The client purchased this development site with an approved DA. Bensen + Partners were engaged to secure the CC by modifying the design to satisfy the original DA consent and to further rationalise the proposal. Bensen + Partners co-ordinated all required consultants and certification. Display plans and detailed 3d renderings were prepared by Bensen + Partners to assist in the marketing process. Basic internal fit out plans were prepared to reflect the standard of construction required by the client. The consent called for the relocation of an existing timber cottage to another location on the property.
