Located on a relatively busy road in Vaucluse, the design called for all service areas to face the road, whilst living and bedroom spaces orientate to the rear, northerly aspect.  Simple classic detailing creates a sympathetic impression from the street, reinforced by the formal symmetry of windows and the entry vestibule.
